The River Walk is just gorgeous this time of year! Purchase these tasty morsels from street vendors, but also pay a visit to Zinc Bistro & Wine Bar while you’re downtown for Chef Manny’s sizzlingly tender anticuchos. He lets the flank steak marinade for nearly three hours before pulling it to skewer and sear. Serve them up medium rare for the meat to be at its juiciest! So easy and so delicious.
