Take shaved ice and pour your favorite spirit over it first (we chose rum), followed by a wild cherry syrup. Again, feel free to get creative with the flavors of syrup & alcohol combinations. We have the specified amounts to use for each in the video above.
What’s unique about our raspa is that it’s sprinkled with fennel pollen–a trendy, sweet spice you’ll want to use sparingly. Consider it your super secret ingredient… 😉 Bottoms up!
