Hope you’re hungry! It’s been exactly 30 years of Seabrook Classic Cafe with ‘classic’ being the keyword! This is a spot you’ll return to time and time again for homestyle Southern cooking in a comfortable family-friendly environment.
In celebration of three decades of service, the menu has been doubled, featuring items from all the way back in 1985 thru today!
Owner Brad Emel shared a few standouts with our cameras, beginning with an Almond Fried Shrimp [above] served with house-made honey mustard. It’s long been a best seller…on the menu since the mid-80’s and something I’ve never seen before!
Some others on our shortlist:
Black & Blue Ahi Tuna
Sushi grade sliced, crusted with blackened seasoning & served rare with ginger & wasabi
Cuban Sandwich
Roasted pork, ham, Swiss, pickles, mustard
Prime Rib, Slow Roasted
Served with Coconut Fried Shrimp
Seahogs
Shrimp & oysters wrapped in bacon
Seabrook is also known for their desserts, particularly the pies. Holidays like Thanksgiving can amount to over 400 per day sold! There’s seasonal classics like Pumpkin and Pecan, plus year-round staples like the housemade Coconut Cream shown here:
Breakfast on the weekends boasts one very popular Frozen Screwdriver [below] made with Absolut Mandarin Vodka and orange juice. SO good, Seabrook typically sells over 100 per day on Saturdays and Sundays!
