Good Taste with Tanji - Wine, food and fun with Tanji Patton.

I had the incredible pleasure of previewing a wonderful beer dinner featuring Alaskan Brewery beers and Sharky’s American Grill on Eldridge Pkwy in Houston. Brewer Michael King was so informative. His wife is a chef, so with his ‘inside’ knowledge of food and his skills at brewing beer, his insights as to why the delicious dishes paired with the different beers were quite enlightening. I was also VERY impressed with Chef Justin. His creative dishes from the chick pea crusted halibut cheeks (a delicacy in my book) to the wild salmon Carpaccio with king crab grilled cheese were delicious! A huge welcome to the Alaskan Brewery folks and a big cheers to Chef Justin! I look forward to a return visit.
