I was an instant fan with their garlic-seared calamari and their pristine white, delicious crab cake. Now, introducing my new go-to entrée: their wild king salmon. This fish is strictly seasonal, but absolutely splendid…and cooked 100% fresh from shipments that are flown in daily!
