Thank God for UGGS
Okay, the title was a warning. This is not about a 98 rated Robert Parker wine that I found at HEB for $10!
Gratitude is always a good thing, and on a rainy, grey day when you have it, you need to appreciate it. Boots are my thing…always have been. I was a card carrying member of the Nancy Sinatra fan club. I was a late joiner to the UGGS fan club, but hey, better late than never. My latest favorite UGGs are my snuggly soft, pink UGG slippers. I found them at Julian Gold during their after Christmas sale (which is huge BTW), and they have been the perfect companion when I’m working at my computer on a chilly, drizzly day.
There’s something truly comforting about the silky, fluffy insides – I know it sounds crazy, but these things have made my day. In fact, when I’m not working I find myself drawn to wear them. Right now, if you offered me a glass of wine or my UGGS, it’s a no brainer — c’mon, I’m going for the glass of wine. THEN I’ll slip back into my UGGS.
