I adore cheese courses… especially ones that are done right. Brasserie Pavil’s is wonderful. A selection of five different cheeses, The assortment is served on a beautiful olive board from Provence, France. If you ask the sommelier, Adam, to pair the cheeses with wine, I think you’ll agree it’s probably one of the best cheese courses you’ve ever had too!
