This particular meeting was a real treat for me. I first met Sommelier Rajat Parr at RN74 in San Francisco — one of my very favorite restaurants anywhere. His book, Secrets of the Sommeliers, is an excellent guide for anyone with an interest in wine, no matter your experience level or familiarity.
