Cured’s Excellent Oyster Turnip Bisque
I’ve been a longtime fan of Chef Steven McHugh. What a hard worker he is…and his new spot Cured is certainly proof that of that. Located in the Pearl (I’m sure you’ve heard!), it’s a culinary gem for charcuterie, salumi and other hand-made, farm-to-table dishes. The Oyster Turnip Bisque is sensational! It’s creamy and flavorful with a great consistency as we transition into Spring. Enjoy!
