Ultimate Bread Dip from Goya
This is Goya Executive Chef Fernando Desa's personal recipe and it's delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Goya premium extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 Tbsp Goya balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1-2 Tbsp Goya minced garlic
- ½ cup Goya sliced ripe black olives
- ¼ cup Goya capers
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Goya crushed red pepper flakes (a few pinches)
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Goya sea salt (a few pinches)
Instructions
- Pour the olive oil in a serving bowl.
- Add the balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, black olives, and capers. Stir.
- Sprinkle in the chopped cilantro.
- Add the red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and sea salt to taste.
- Mix and stir together, then enjoy with your favorite bread!
