John Soules Foods’ Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich
This tasty sandwich is a Hawaiian luau on a bun! John Soules Foods’ spicy heat-and-eat Buffalo Chicken Tenders are layered on a cushy Hawaiian bun with juicy honey ham, grilled pineapple, Swiss cheese and a sweet-and-savory homemade Teriyaki sauce. It’s unbelievably good!
Ingredients
- 1 pound JSF Buffalo Chicken Tenders
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
- 6 slices honey ham
- 6 Hawaiian burger buns
- 6 slices of pineapple rings
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices red onion
Instructions
- Cook JSF Buffalo Tenders according to package instructions or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce with the pineapple juice. Set aside.
- Heat a grill pan over high heat and grill the pineapple for about 5 minutes, or until grill marks start to brown.
- Divide the JSF Buffalo Tenders, Swiss cheese, ham, and red onion between the bottom hamburger buns.
- Drizzle with the teriyaki sauce and close the sandwiches.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
