Green River Cocktail
It's the Green Chartreuse that gives this cocktail by Jason Stevens, beverage director of Second Bar + Kitchen, its signature glow! Garnished with a basil leaf and fresh grapefruit slice.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces vodka
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ¼ ounce green Chartreuse
- ½ ounce lime
- 1 wheel grapefruit
- 3 basil leaves
Instructions
- In the bottom of a shaker tin, muddle simple syrup, basil, and the grapefruit wheel together, then add all remaining ingredients.
- Add ice to shaker, shake, then double strain into a old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and slice of grapefruit.
