Goya's Steak Tips
Ingredients
For the NY Strip Steak
- 2 lbs NY strip steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- Adobo Goya to taste
- 2 Tbsp Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Sauce
- ¼ cup Goya Minced Garlic
- ⅓ cup red wine
- 1 envelope Goya Sazon without Annatto
- ½ stick Goya butter
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Goya Agave
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
For the NY Strip Steak
- Season the meat with Goya Adobo w/ pepper, then sear the beef strips in hot pan with Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
For the Sauce
- Mix ingredients together with additional olive oil and Adobo in heated saucepan. Once sauce consistency has formed, pour over steak tips and serve.
