Chili and Spicy Cheese Curd Burger
Bring an appetite to conquer this colossal Chili Cheese Curd Burger from Chef Don Carr and Sysco Central Texas! Two 7 oz. beef patties on a sweet sourdough bun topped with chunky chili and spicy cheese curds.
Ingredients
- 2 ea. Beef grnd chuk,brskt, shrt rib pty 7 oz.
- 1 ea. Bread bun swt sqr
- 3 ea. Tomato sliced
- 1 ea. red onion sliced
- 1 ea. Lettuce icebrg leaf
- 4 oz. Chili
- 4 oz. App. Spicy chez curd
- 5 oz. French Fries side winder
Instructions
- Grill patties to desired temp.
- Toast bun.
- Place lettuce, tomato and onion on bottom bun.
- Top with cooked patties, chili and fried cheese curd.
- Top with bun and serve with French fries.
