One of B&B Butchers’ signature items is this Wagyu Beef Katsu Sandwich that costs $120! It’s a real treat, made with A5 Japanese wagyu ribeye that’s panko-crusted, deep-fried, and served on buttered and crustless Japanese white bread with a house-made Japanese BBQ "Tonkatsu sauce." If you want to try your hand at making your own version of the sandwich on the show, you can sub in a flat iron steak and make B&B’s signature sauce.

- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
