Portabello Mushrooms Stuffed with Green Bean Casserole
Party-sized portabello mushrooms stuffed with home-style green bean casserole from Chef Chemo Barrera at The Well in San Antonio. Betcha can't have just one!
Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cans green beans
- 1 T salt
- 1 T black pepper
- 3 cans fried onions
- 10 portabello mushrooms
Instructions
- Combine the cream of mushroom, green beans, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings if needed.
- Stuff portabello mushroom tops with mixture.
- Top with fried onions.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 10–15 minutes.
