Good Dog's Slaw Dog With Apple Horseradish Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 cups ½mayo
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1 Tbs. celery seed
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- ½ diced green cabbage
- 7 Pink Lady apples
- 3 shallots, sliced thin
Hot Dogs
- 4-6 Hot Dogs of your choice
- 4-6 Buns of your choice
- 4-6 Slices of Swiss Cheese
- Whole Grain Mustard
- Celery Salt for garnish
Instructions
Apple Horseradish Slaw
- Combine mayo, vinegar, horseradish, salt, sugar & pepper in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add diced cabbage, sliced shallots & apples. Mix until all incorporated & enjoy!
Hot Dog Assembly
- Melt swiss cheese in hot dog before placing dog into bun. Garnish with toppings.
