Ingredients: ¾ cup tequila; ½ cup triple sec; ¼ cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled); 1 cup fresh lime juice; ¼ cup prickly pear cactus juice; Ice; 1 lime

Ingredients

¾ cup tequila
½ cup triple sec
¼ cup simple syrup equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled
1 cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup prickly pear cactus juice
Ice
1 lime

Instructions

Pour all ingredients (except the prickly pear juice) into the blender. Blend, successively adding more ice and blending until it has a sorbet-like consistency. Divide between cocktail glasses, top each with prickly pear juice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
