Ali Miller's Choconana Smoothie
Focus your attention on this Choconana Smoothie with banana, almond butter, and a dash of cocoa! Ali Miller's smoothie recipe is low in sugar and packed with protein, while also providing antioxidants.
Ingredients
- ½ cup almond butter (Ali recommends roasted organic or grinding your own)
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ cup baby spinach
- 2–3 ice cubes
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1–2 Tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 6–8 fluid ounces almond milk unsweetened
- 2–4 Tablespoons Naturally Nourished Grassfed Whey Protein Powder or other protein powder (alternate: ½ plain Greek yogurt)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
