1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years old or older.
• Employees of Goodtaste for the Soul, YouTube, or any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period:

• The contest begins on Nov 1, 2024 at 12:01a CT and ends at midnight on February 28, 2025 midnight CT.

3. How to Enter:

• Subscribe to the Goodtaste for the Soul YouTube Channel.
• Leave a comment on the video detailing the contest, explaining what you’d like to see on Goodtaste or what feeds your soul.
• Limit one entry per person.

4. Entry Requirements:

•  All entries must be original and comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
•  No inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content unless you own the rights to it.
•  By entering the contest, you agree that your submission can be used for promotional purposes by Goodtaste for the Soul.

5. Selection of Winner(s):

•  Winner(s) will be selected based on creativity, originality by a panel of judges or by public vote.
•  The winner(s) will be announced on March 1, 2025 via YouTube Channel, social media, and email.
•  The decision of the judges or organizers is final and binding.

6. Prizes: The winner(s) will receive the following:

• $100 Credit at TRIBUTE Restaurant
• Access to the Exclusive Houstonian Club
• Three Temperature-Controlled Resort Pools
• Self-Parking
• Late Check-Out
• No Resort Fees
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

7. Notification of Winner:

•  The winner will be notified by YouTube message within 10 days after the contest ends.
•  If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. General Conditions:

•  Goodtaste for the Soul reserves the right to disqualify any contestant found to be in violation of these rules.
•  YouTube is not a sponsor of this contest, and participants release YouTube from any liability related to this contest.
•  The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering this contest.

10. Governing Law:

•  This contest is governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
