Tanji stopped by KPRC this week to share all there is to love about the season’s most festive drink – eggnog! First up, she shared a great way to indulge in this festive drink by mixing it with Cantera Negra Cafe – a coffee-infused tequila that’s easy to love. You can pick up a bottle at most liquor stores. If that’s not your jam, try coquito, a coconut eggnog cocktail. Tanji says, “Coquito originally came from Puerto Rico. Chef Fernando Desa, the executive chef of Goya Foods, who we work with all the time on our TV show, taught us this drink and it is amazing!” Ingredients include sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, and coconut milk.
