Tanji stopped by KPRC this week to kick off the brand-new season of Goodtaste. It’s season 10, y’all! The first episode airs the weekend so make sure you set your DVRs – you don’t want to miss a minute of this season! Tanji shared her excitement for the new season and said, while the food is outstanding, of course, this season – and every season – is really all about the people behind each restaurant. There’s also a new segment in each episode this weekend called Goodtaste for the Soul, which celebrates all the good things in life! Tanji brought along some great dishes from B&B Butchers in Houston, a restaurant that’s been featured a few times on the show. This iconic restaurant serves up sensational steaks and so much more, like the famous steak salad made with filet mignon, onion jam, tomatoes, crumbly blue cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette. They’re known for their steaks, but don’t skip the raw bar or the seafood dishes at B&B! The South African lobster tail and the crab-stuffed lobster tail are dishes you’ll never regret ordering! For dessert, don’t miss the delicious berry butter cake served with macerated strawberries, blueberry coulis, and vanilla gelato.
