If you haven’t eaten at The Landmark Prime Rib in the Warwick Melrose hotel in Dallas yet, you’re missing out! Of course, the prime rib is the shining star at this restaurant – complete with a vintage carving cart – but the restaurant offers up so much more than perfect prime rib cuts. For the pescatarians out there, don’t miss The Landmark’s stunning seafood selection. Executive chef Patrick McElroy has an extensive seafood background, and it shows! The pan-seared Chilean seabass is just as popular as the prime rib. It’s made in a chili-dusted pattypan, set atop butternut squash puree and finished with a vibrant gremolata.
Other seafood standouts are the blackened Verlasso salmon served with pea and asparagus risotto, the ahi tuna crudo, and the gluten-free crab cakes with apple endive slaw and lemon crema.
Even burger lovers are in luck. This summer, there’s a new menu item that will satisfy all your burger cravings. The centennial burger is a stack of two juicy beef patties, American and gouda cheese, pickled red onions, arugula, and smoked bacon. That flavorful stack is sandwiched in a toasted jalapeno and cheddar brioche bun. Yum!
The Landmark Prime Rib is open every day for breakfast and lunch and for dinner on Tuesdays through Saturdays. Check out this landmark restaurant out right here!
