Tanji stopped by KPRC in Houston last week to talk all things crawfish! Mudbug season runs from January to July, and we can’t get enough of these crustaceans – from good ol’ crawfish boils to craveable crawfish dips! Tanji brought along an incredible crawfish dip from Guidry’s Cajun Kitchen in Deer Park as well as Guidry’s fried catfish smothered with crawfish etouffee. Tanji also shared her favorite crawfish dip to make at home. You can get that recipe (and a few more) right here! To wash down all that crawfish, Tanji brought two great bottles of sauvignon blanc that pair perfectly with mudbugs. But if you’d rather have a margarita to go with your boil, she’s got you covered there too. She says you can’t beat a marg made with Cantera Negra tequila.
