Hand on Heart
Hand on Heart makes a variety of non-alcoholic wines including a chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc, and a rosé. Each of its nonalcoholic wines contain less than 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).
Fre Wines
Fre wines are produced by Sutter Homes Winery and all of them contain less than 0.5% ABV. These wines also have half the calories of regular wine. Varieties include chardonnay, red blend, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, Moscato, rosé, white zinfandel, merlot, and sparkling brut.
Lightly Wines
Lightly wines come from Monterey County, California. Lightly makes a lower alcohol sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, chardonnay, and rosé. All Lightly wines contain 30 percent fewer calories than regular wines with 85 calories per 5 ounce glass. They also contain just 9% ABV.
Oliver Cherry Moscato
This sweet wine from Oliver Winery in Indiana contains 6.6% ABV and fewer than 100 calories per 5 ounce glass.
Stella Rosa
Stella Rosa produces semi-sweet, semi-sparkling Italian wines. Many contain just 5% ABV. These low-alcohol varieties include the Stella Rosa Rosso, the Stella Rosa Blackberry, the Stella Rosa Blueberry, and the Stella Rosa Black Cherry. Note: fruit wines like these are predicted to be huge in 2024!
Vipra Rosso Dolce Sweet Red
This sweet red wine is slightly fizzy with a low-alcohol content of just 7% ABV.
Golan Moscato
This sweet wine from Israel is classified as a dessert wine and only has 6% ABV.
Saracco Moscato D’Asti
This wine comes from Asti in Piedmont, Italy. It’s another sweet option that contains just 6% ABV.
Giesen 0% Dealc0holized Sauvignon Blanc
This is the lowest calorie wine we’ve seen. A 5 ounce glass of this sauvignon blanc has just 19 calories! Giesen’s premium red only has 27 calories per glass. Giesen makes a New Zealand sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio, rosé, Riesling, sparkling brut, and a premium red. All of these wines contain less than 0.5% ABV.

This popular lower alcohol wine brand has just 85 calories per 5 ounce glass, no sugar, and contains 9% ABV. Varieties include pinot noir, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio, rosé, and a bubbly rosé.
Meiomi Bright Pinot Noir
This full-bodied pinot noir has 90 calories per 5 ounce glass and contains just 8% ABV.
Brancott Estate Flight Song Pinot Grigio
This zesty wine is low sugar and lower alcohol at 9% ABV. It’s also low in calories at just 87 calories per 5 ounce glass.
Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc and Sparkling
Both the bright, crispy sauvignon blanc from Kim Crawford’s Illuminate line and the bubbly sparkling wine have only 70 calories per 5 ounce glass. Better yet, each of these wines contain just 7% ABV.
