It’s one of my favorite times of the year—Rosé season! We drink our favorite pink-hued wine year-round, but when the warmer weather hits, there’s even more reason to celebrate with this versatile wine. Perfect for pairing with just about anything or for sipping all on its own, here’s an assortment of bottles we’re excited about this year.
Miraval Rosé Cuvee Speciale
This clean, intensely aromatic bottle is perfect for sipping in the springtime sun. Its refreshing acidity is balanced by a saline finish, making it great to pair with a variety of vegetable and fish dishes. ($21)
Freixenet Mía Moscato Rosé
Mía Moscato Rosé is a beautiful, blush sparkler with tropical and floral aromas and a natural sweetness. It’s perfect for both formal and informal occasions and pairs well with shrimp, red berries and figs, blue cheeses, and even cupcakes! ($12)
Underwood Rosé Bubbles
If you love adventure, Underwood Rosé Bubbles is perfect to take with you on camping trips, beach days, and beyond! Each can holds about two glasses of the fruity, fizzy wine. ($6 per can)
La Vieille Ferme Selection Speciale Rosé
This pale pink Rosé offers delicate notes of red fruits, like currants and cherries, as well as lemon. It offers a stunning balance between ripe fruit and acidity, making it an ideal daytime pour. ($9)
Gerard Bertrand Cote Des Roses Rosé
Cote des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle by expressing the region’s unique terroir. Expect notes of summer fruits, rose, and grapefruit in every glass. ($14)
Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut Rosé
Upon first whiff of this bottle, you’ll be struck by aromas of ripe strawberries with a hint of apple and citrus. Be sure to chill this bottle well for the best drinking experience. ($14)
Lightly Rosé
Lightly Wines boast zero sugar, which means they’re great for sipping on hot days. Plus, all grapes used in Lightly Wines are sustainably farmed. This bottle is good for the planet and for your body! ($14)
Westmount Pinot Noir Rosé
This Pinot Noir Rosé has aromas of plum, white pepper, and raspberry. The palate is bright and balanced with notes of ripe strawberry, orange zest, and white plums—textured in the mid-palate with vibrant acidity to give the wine its bright finish. ($18)
Becker Vineyards Rosé
If you’re a red wine fan, you’ll enjoy this pick. It’s bolder in flavor than a typical Rosé and tastes of strawberries, dried cherries, and fresh thyme. Despite the more pronounced fruit, it still has a nice light body. ($11)
Le Charmel Côtes de Provence Rosé
This choice is dry, with hints of strawberry and bright acidity—fantastic characteristics to complement food. Here at Goodtaste, we drink Rosé all year round and find that a bottle like this one pairs with practically everything, especially spicy foods. ($16)
McBride Sisters Black Girl Magic Rosé
This sophisticated dry wine with aromas of raspberry and orange blossom will pair beautifully with chocolate-covered strawberries, grilled fish, or your spring brunch spread. ($21)
