Season 8 of Goodtaste is almost here (the premiere is the weekend of October 15th)! After traveling all over the state and visiting a variety of restaurants, Tanji pays a visit to our friend Shelly Miles at San Antonio Living and shares one of her new favorite spots that will be featured on the show, Tardif’s American Brasserie. Some of the can’t-miss dishes from this American bistro with French influences are the mushroom vol au vent, duck magret and the beef Wellington. Plus, we have a few new wine finds just for the occasion. Check out the full segment here.
Tanji’s Picks:
Penfolds Max’s Chardonnay ($21)
Hess Select Rosé ($14)
Clos de los Siete Malbec ($14)
A special thanks to News 4 WOAI + San Antonio Living for all the fun! As always, all of these bottles (and many more!) can be found at your local H-E-B. Wine prices and availability are subject to change and may vary.
