At this spot, fine French favorites like foie gras and filet au poivre meet spicy fried grouper, plus the restaurant has special selections of wines to pair.
Lastly, at Austin’s Odd Duck, what’s in season drives its ever-in-flux menu Austin locals, tourists and country star Randy Rodgers flock to this spot for its Wagyu sliced ribeye that was sourced from a ranch just up the road along with duck eggs and ham that also come from a local farm. At Odd Duck, chef Mark Buley takes a craftsman’s approach to cooking, making everything from scratch and using only local ingredients sourced from regional Texas farmers.
