Like many people in the new year, eating healthier is at the top of the resolutions list. You’ve heard of going vegan, Keto, even pescatarian, but the latest craze is “flexitarian” — mainly plant-based diet with occasional meat or fish. Tanji virtually visited her friends at Houston Life on KPRC and filled them in on some local spots, Hungry’s and Local Table, who help make eating healthy easy, especially this new trend.
