We roadtrip for some of the best food and coolest drinks in the state. First off, we drive out to Simonton, Texas, to Anthonie’s Market Grill. There, we get a taste of the flawless Southern comfort food and sip drinks from frosted glasses straight out of a CO2 chiller. Next, we head to the heart of downtown San Antonio to The Esquire Tavern. Join me as I sidle up to the longest bar in the state (it’s 110 feet in length!) and sip on playful craft cocktails like the Batman of Mexico. Then, we visit LSA Burger Co. to celebrate our state’s rich musical heritage with a colossal Texas-sized burger.
