A lighter wine doesn’t mean “light on flavor.” You’ll love these finds that are perfect for lighter meals and easy drinking. My red wine fans, stick around. I’ve found a wine find you can exclusively find here in Texas!
Casa Lunardi Pinot Grigio
If you’re eating a lot of chicken, fish, and salads this year the Casa Lunardi Pinot Grigio will pair perfectly. You’ll taste pears, bright citrus, and a tiny hint of honey on this wine. It’s light on price, too, at just under $10 a bottle.
La Ciboise Luberon
The French always know something about eating light and in this case, drinking light! La Ciboise Luberon is a blend of a Rhone varietals from the Luberon region of France, which is an area that gets a lot of sun year-round and is great for the grapes. You’ll taste bright flavors of grapefruit and lemon with a bit of minerality on the finish. It pairs beautifully with your lighter dishes and it’s only $10 a bottle.
Our Tara Cabernet Sauvignon
If you’re a die-hard red find, this is one you don’t want to miss. The Our Tara Cabernet Sauvignon is only available at H-E-B. It is luscious with layers of flavors. Think dark cherries, boysenberries and vanilla, even a hint of cocoa. This wine pairs beautifully with steaks and is an incredible value at just $19.98 a bottle.
As always, I found all of my wines at H-E-B!
