San Antonio

Bakery Lorraine will offer customers to place and pick up orders of specialty pies and seasonal macaroons. Placing orders will be available until Sunday, November 19th during Bakery Lorraine normal operating hours. Pick ups will be available the day before Thanksgiving on Wednesday, Nov. 22. After deadline, Bakery Lorraine pies will be available only on first come first serve basis. Pie flavors consist of house roasted pumpkin pie, pecan pie, dutch apple pie, and apple cranberry pie. Macaroon flavor packs (6 pack for $12 or 12 pack for $20) includes pumpkin spice, cranberry, and caramel apple.
Hotel Contessa will be hosting a Thanksgiving brunch for all on Thursday, November 23 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are required for $55 a person and $20 for children ages 6 to 13. Children 5 and under eat free.
Esquire Tavern will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but will be offering a special new item on their winter menu beginning Tuesday, Nov. 14. Guests can enjoy a Thanksgiving Sandwich, smoked turkey breast, cornbread stuffing, cranberry sauce, aioli, provolone, and marbled rye for only $17.
Boiler House will be closed on Thanksgiving days but will have Thanksgiving themed specials the week of Thanksgiving including a Turkey Scallopini with Butternut squash gnocchi and sage brown butter ($25), and chocolate pecan pie with brindles pumpkin ice cream ($8).
Pinch Boil House and Bia Bar will offer customers to place and pick up orders of Southeast Asian inspired food dishes for Thanksgiving. You can place orders until Monday, November 20 during Pinch’s normal operating hours or by phone at 210-971-7774. Pick ups will be available the day before Thanksgiving on Wednesday, November 22 during normal hours (11 a.m. to 10 p.m.) or on Thanksgiving day during 9 a.m. to noon.

Hotel Emma at the historic Pearl will be offering several Thanksgiving specials from Supper, Larder, and Sternewirth.
Supper will be offering Special Roasted Turkey Breast dish special (with all the accompaniments of stuffing, potatoes, beans, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy and pie for $35). In addition, Supper will taking orders for Whole Roasted Turkey to be picked up at Supper, $75 each, pay at time of order in Supper.
Sternewirth will be open from noon to 12 a.m. offering a roasted turkey breast dish special. Larder will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The St. Anthony Hotel is hosting a Thanksgiving dinner prepared by Executive Chef Stefan Bowers has become a holiday staple. Enjoying a delicious meal at ‘the jewel of San Antonio” is a great way to spend the holiday with the whole family, especially with offerings like oysters on the half shell, traditional prime rib with wild mushroom gravy, caramelized garlic mashed potatoes, and eight dessert offerings! Hill Country

Krause’s Cafe will offer customers to place and pick up orders of two style feasts; Krause’s Turkey Tom Dinner and Krause’s Turkey Hen Dinner. All meals pre-ordered and can be picked up the day before Thanksgiving by 3 p.m. Placing orders will be available until Monday, Nov. during Krause’s Cafe normal operating hours and by phone at (830) 625-2807. Re-heating instructions will be provided or you can request that your meal be picked up hot for immediate enjoyment.
Houston
Ronnie Killen’s beloved smokehouse is selling whole smoked turkeys for your Thanksgiving table. The 14 to 16 pound birds are $65 each and must be pre-ordered, pre-paid and picked up at Killen’s Barbecue on Wednesday, Nov. 22, by 8 p.m. With only 200 available, you’ll want to act fast! Brennan’s of Houston‘s Chef Joe will provide a memorable holiday experience—just as the restaurant has for 50 years—with an assortment of classic yet innovative cuisine combining Texas ingredients and sensibilities with a focus on Creole flavors. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 23, Brennan’s will serve guests their choice of an appetizer, entrée, and dessert for $60 per person. Menu highlights include turducken, snapping turtle soup, mesquite smoked pork belly, NOLA BBQ Rock Shrimp, Texas Creole Roasted American Turkey, Pecan Grilled Colorado Lamb Chops, Southern Baked Apple Rose, Fairy tale Pumpkin Pie, and Creole Bread Pudding!
