I really enjoyed your program about Maudies. When I was young my brother, sister and I would go down to Maudies in the summertime at lunch. She would feed us hamburgers, fries and sodas. At the end of the week my mother would go in and pay her. I grew up in the neighborhood and my family would gather each Friday evening for dinner at Maudies. My children even remember Maudies and the times we spent there. Thank you so much for bringing back memories of this fine lady.
