Sure it’s back to school time, but why let the kiddos have all the fun! While getting your little ones ready to hit the books once again, we thought Mom and Dad could benefit from a few ‘elevated’ workweek eats of their own. You know, beyond the same ol’ sack lunch!
The Moroccan Tartine [above] is a French-inspired, open-face sandwich on country style sourdough bread, spread with homemade hummus, and topped with two kinds of beets, sliced English cucumbers and roasted hazelnuts. Compliments of My Name is Joe. š
