From Texas to Japan, my friends at B&B Butchers are now offering private 12–course meat tastings and wine pairings in their Butcher Shop. Time to meet the meat!
These incredibly cool tastings are curated by B&B’s Executive Chef Tommy Elbashary and presented by Proprietor Benjamin Berg. Consider this a rare opportunity to taste and compare flavor components from exclusive cellar cuts, all while learning about meat and the dry-aging process. Wine fans will also enjoy a handpicked variety masterfully paired with each cut by B&B‘s own sommelier. These will change by the season!

The cost is $225/person for the meat tasting and $295/person with the wine pairing.
