Okay…get ready to ‘wow’ your guests with a gorgeous Texas lamb sure to dazzle on your family’s dinner table! This festive, family-oriented dish comes from Executive Chef Robbie Nowlin with Boudro’s and Zinc.
Our medium rare Grilled Texas Rack of Lamb is brushed with Dijon mustard and rolled with toasted panko, fresh chopped parsley, and thyme. The contrasting colors brighten up the dish and bring a certain playfulness and vibrancy kids especially will pick up on. 🙂
The finished chops are garnished with extra lamb stock and a pumpkin seed oil, before being arranged with caramelized “Sugar Pie” pumpkin slices, sprinkled generously with juicy pomegranate kernels – the Jingle Bells of the bowl! Happy Holidays!
