The flavors come in LAYERS for these scrumptious Brussels Sprouts from The Garden Co. in Schulenburg, Texas! They’re tender on the inside, golden and crisp on the out, and seasoned with balsamic, sweet chile lime sauce, sesame seeds and your choice of candied pralines or pecans.
Chef Adrian Perez of H-E-B Cooking Connection serves our sprouts in combination with a nice pan-seared salmon with orange zest. Substitute for your favorite protein as you please! 🙂

Sheryl-
Sorry to hear you had trouble locating the ingredients at HEB. Here is the brussels sprouts recipe the chef at the Garden Co provided… 🙂
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 cup brussel sprouts, trimmed, washed and cut in half
1 Tbsp. capers
1 Tbsp. kalamata olives
2 Tbsp. candied walnuts
2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
Togarashi spice
Deep fry brussel sprouts along with capers and olives until leaves are crispy. Drain and toss with remaining ingredients. Enjoy.

These Brussels sprouts are a fabulous dish. I have seen people who don’t like Brussels sprouts eat them. I have had them at the Garden Co. cafe in Round Top and recommend them to all my friends.
Thanks so much for publishing the recipe.
