We’re back inside the courtyard at Zinc to get the grill goin’ for Spicy Chicken Skewers with Greek Yogurt Sauce from Executive Chef Robbie Nowlin!
These boneless chunks of chicken breast come marinated in a Korean chili garlic paste (“Gochujang”) and sprinkled with fresh mint and basil. The key is to find your grill’s “hot spot,” lock in the juices and let it sizzle! Chef Robbie works with high heat and mesquite wood in our short cooking demo above.
The yogurt sauce is a cool combination of Greek yogurt, honey, chives and black pepper. It’s the perfect remedy to tame the peppery taste of the chicken. Something different for dinner that’s for sure–and it’s ready in just a few minutes!
