Out of 475 entries from across 101 Texas towns, five finalists are finally relishing the sweet taste of success! The winners received cash prizes totaling $90,000, plus coveted space on H-E-B store shelves in 2017! The best part of all is that local businesses are given a chance to grow with H-E-B, while customers benefit from the added variety in stores – a win for all of Texas!
Criteria included product quality, marketability and readiness for production. The twist came when the judges announced TWO First Place Winners this year… 😉
