Some of the best BBQ around Houston with an atmosphere to match! The friendly folks at The Brisket House smoke their meats with oak wood and their unique blend of spices for at least 16 hours to give it a unique flavor!
We got together with owner/proprietor Wayne Kammerl at the newest location – a 10,000 sq. ft restaurant on Cypress Creek Parkway (1960) – as he we walked us through some of the time-tested house favorites they create from scratch…

I was sold on taking my husband to The Brisket House because of the picture of the beef ribs, his favorite. When I looked further at the menus, they no longer show them as being offered. What gives??? Wanted to take him there for his b-day, end of this month. Guess I’ll have to give up that idea.
Pam-To my knowledge they DO have them but not every single day. Your best bet would be to call ahead and see which days the beef ribs are available. They are fantastic!!
