We’re heading off the beaten path in the Texas Hill Country to an old-timey general store and restaurant with a special place in our state history. Camels once roamed here–now, it’s awesome food and fantastic shopping!
Then, juicy steaks and uber famous twice baked potatoes from a San Antonio institution with 60+ years of service. And oyster fans, the name of the game at this Clear Lake ‘shuck shack’ is first-rate seafood and sustainability. Join us!

I have a friend that opened a Bistro in Comfort Texas, Food for the Soul, she is a multiple cancer survivor and needs some good old advertisement, she also has a food truck with her husband, Comfort is a beautiful place to visit, Siobhan Anders has a shop there, maybe you could visit them both in one episode, her and her husband are great people and I know how much it would mean to them if you could find a way to visit them.
plenty of places to visit there.
