B&B Scramble
My friends at B&B Butchers & Restaurant are set to launch their highly anticipated brunch menu to coincide with the Houston Rodeo! For the next three weekends, beginning March 5th, B&B will also play host to live performances from local country singers on the rooftop patio. 🙂
Located in the historic Dittman Bakery building just minutes from downtown, this upscale steakhouse doubles as a traditional butcher shop that specializes in high quality meats–all dry-aged in-house.
Guests should be eggcited to dine on egg-centric menu items like this standout, the Carpet Bagger Benedict, served on an English muffin:
Or how about this Scotch Egg – a hard boiled egg wrapped in sage sausage and topped with a killer Cajun hollandaise sauce:
True brunch enthusiasts will enjoy classics ‘with a twist’ like this B&B Hash with prime rib, hash browns, house-smoked beef bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce:
The Gorilla Bread is another must-do made with monkey bread, sage sausage, poached eggs and hollandaise once again:
B&B has even added “Bottle Service” for Bloody Marys, Sparkling & Juice, and White Sangria, plus a fresh selection of specialty cocktails. Have a ball at this all-new brunch spot. 🙂
