You could say we’re ‘rebounding’ from Halloween weekend with choice selections from Fork and Vine–celebrating their one year anniversary! Here, you get the best of both worlds as a diner: top-notch cuisine in a cool, contemporary setting. Lest we forget their awesome patio. 🙂
Goodtaste made the rounds with a little bit of everything…White Barbecue Pork Ribs to a Roasted Texas Beet Salad with goat cheese crème fraîche and a rich Niman Ranch Beef Tenderloin with butternut squash, braised short rib–all atop a fried egg with pickled sweet potato and hollandaise. An incredible presentation!
Fork and Vine also has a tasting room complete with 250 wine labels, plus 50 by the glass! It’s a phenomenal selection and very well-priced. You won’t find a lot of these vintages at your local grocer…well worth the trip. Cheers!
