Diets, for me, don’t work. I’ve found over the years that making smarter choices in the foods I choose does help with weight loss and can even boost my moods…happy foods, if you will. 🙂
There are certain foods that can actually increase serotonin levels in your brain. These foods (like the aged cheese you see below), along with a better sense of well-being (mood), will increase your chances for weight loss success.
