Lighter meals made in a pinch…summer just got a little simpler! Registered dietitian and culinary expert, Rosalind Benner, shows our cameras how to prepare a beautiful, whole red snapper fish on the grill. This is a fun, fresh fish dish — especially when you throw the finished product in a tortilla!
If you can spare 15 minutes of total cooking time on the grill, you’ll have a gorgeous entrée with great flavor. Rosie was gracious enough to share the recipe for her Grilled Red Snapper Tacos. She topped ours with a peppery, roasted salsa she made from scratch — unreal!
Watch the video for the step-by-step instructions from Rosie herself. You’ll save money buying your fish whole, versus in filet form.. (Groomer’s will even de-scale them for you!). Seasoned generously and stuffed with thyme, garlic, habanero peppers, lime slices and lemon juice…enjoy!
