In other words, they work with you on what you need! Sometimes it’s as easy as dressing up, or changing something about the presentation of a menu item. Chef Carr is a big believer in visual marketing, as am I! A main facet of Sysco’s Business Review offered is extensive consulting with menu planning and design. The verbiage chosen, down to where something is placed on a menu can affect so much! Engineering the in’s and out’s of any menu is their specialty.
Where it really counts, Sysco settles for only the best. Food products – produce from local growers, local fresh seafood and more – sourced from the most trusted and recognized suppliers. Currently, Chef Carr is especially proud of their certified Angus beef. It’s something he says is consistently a top quality meat product that restaurants really rely on!

I thought Sysco was HQ’d in Houston so I was surprised to hear about the kitchen in New Braunfels. As a San Antonio native I may have to swing by next time I am down there.
