Save the date everyone! The Westin La Cantera Resort will host an Oktoberfest Beer Dinner on Friday, Oct. 7, 2011 with a four-course dinner at 7:00 p.m. in the Palo Duro Pavilion. Usher in the crisp autumn weather with a spectacular menu created by Chef Isaac Cantu, Chef John Herdman and Chef Henry Wesolowski (see below). Four different beers from Samuel Adams – America’s World Class Beer – are to be featured, along with Austin Tipps, district manager, of Boston Beer Company as the guest host of the dinner and reception.
