The perfect simple cocktail to cool you off during Labor Day pool parties and backyard BBQs. Made with Cachaça (The National Spirit of Brazil) from The Park in Austin, TX.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz.  Cachaça
  • 1 ¼ oz.  simple syrup
  • ½  lime
  • 1 lime wheel coated with coarse sugar (Optional)

Recipe Info

  1. Remove the pith from the center of the lime.
  2. Cut the ½ lime into four pieces.
  3. Add the lime pieces and simple syrup into a shaker and mix well.
  4. Add ice and Cachaça to the mixture and shake well.
  5. Pour mixture into glass and add ice if necessary.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel coated with coarse sugar and enjoy!
