Pack your kiddos a dessert that POPS! These Pop Rocks infused Rice Krispie treats are a fun fix. Courtesy of Chef David Skinner of Eculent.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons  butter
  • 5 cups  Miniature Marshmallows
  • 4 cups  Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 pkg  Pop Rocks
  • ½ tsp Salt

Recipe Info

  1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  2. Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated. Add Pop Rocks right before placing mixture into pan.
  3. Press mixture into a 9 x 9 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.
