  • 3 oz  CHEESE GOUDA SMOKED 2393049
  • 3 oz  CREAM HEAVY 40% ESL STABILIZE 6935464
  • 1 ea  STEAK RIBEYE BNLS 1"TL 5237817
  • 1 oz BREADING MIX CORN & JAL GF 4134637
  • 3 oz PASTA FUSILLI GLUTEN FREE 1353483
  • taste  SALT KOSHER FLAKE COARSE 6040760
  • taste SPICE PEPPER BLK COARSE GRND 5229273
  • 4 oz BROCCOLINI FRESH ICELS 8119495
  • 1 oz  BUTTER SOLID UNSLTD 83% EUROP 3030117 

Recipe Info

  1. Boil gluten free pasta until just short of aldente, approximately 11 minutes. Rinse with cool water and reserve.
  2. Grate smoked gouda and combine with heavy cream over medium heat until sauce is formed. Stir in cooked pasta, and season to taste with kosher salt.
  3. Melt butter and combine with breading mix. Transfer mac n cheese to serving dish and top with breading, bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  4. Season Certified Angus Ribeye with salt and pepper and char grill to desired temperature. Season broccolini with salt and pepper and char grill over high heat for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side.
